Homemade delicious ice cream

Well in corona times no tables are wiped down ... I didn't see any disinfectants either. The Kinder Eis with surprise came without a surprise. You couldn't pay with an EC card either.

The cake was delicious and the staff friendly. Unfortunately our dishes were dirty and a fly was swimming, quite obviously, in the milk with the tea.

Didn't like it much. The coffee I ordered was cold. Staff impersonal. Cold atmosphere. Disappointing visit!

Unfortunately not to be recommended. In order not to have to carry out the work, I was asked to wear a face mask outside. I didn't want to enter into further discussions with the young woman and will avoid the café. As a tour guide in town there are also other locations.

After we were ignored for about 15 minutes and the waitresses visibly ignored us, we were finally able to draw attention to ourselves. The ice cream came after another long wait, but was almost melted and dripping from the sundae. There weren't any napkins either. The ice cream tasted average and the price-performance ratio is accordingly okay. A big minus goes to the payment options, because despite Corona it is not possible to pay with an EC card. So we had to get some cash beforehand. After we didn't tip for the lousy service when paying, the response was very unfriendly.

The table was still full of dishes and the waitress only comes when requested. With regard to Corona, nothing is paid attention to there. You didn't have to fill out a slip of paper with your data, tables are close together (there is no minimum distance), there is no disinfection of tables and chairs there either. Sad that money is more important than health. Otherwise the ice cream was okay!

My family and I wanted to have a nice day there and sat at a table that was still dirty (but with no dishes on it). Then we spoke to the staff, but unfortunately nothing was done. Then we ordered our ice cream and still nothing happened. We spoke to another waitress and he then told us "we could have sat down at a clean table." (Despite Corona) It's a shame.

When we arrived we chose the only reasonably clean table. But this was also stuck from the previous guests ..... Cleanliness is not very important there, which we also observed during our stay. We got the ice cream and drinks menu quite quickly, but the pages also stuck together, really disgusting. There was no decaffeinated coffee on the menu, nor was there any strawberry, chocolate or Malaga ice cream ... all of the usual, normal types. The then ordered ice cream arrived relatively quickly, but it was very thawed and liquid, half of the ice cream sundae could only be drunk ... but we were allowed to pay for it immediately! - without our asking for it. Other guests around us also complained about the cleanliness, wrong order and quality. Value for money is unacceptable. It's a shame, if I should have read the reviews beforehand, then we would certainly have stopped by one of the other nearby ice cream parlors. Absolutely not to be recommended!

Had to call the waitress at the table to order after the tables around us were served. Our table was not disinfected despite Corona, Corona visitor card was forgotten. The old cups were only cleared away later. Strawberry cups not available due to the season. The ordered ice cream arrived quickly but was already thawed. There was no serving to the mug. Portion size relatively small for a moderate price. Nothing extraordinary in taste. Payment is made immediately when ice cream arrives, but only cash payment possible! (Welcome to the 21st century). But we were kindly allowed to eat the ice cream before one of us had to walk the 15 minutes to the bank to withdraw cash.

The service leaves a lot to be desired! If it's full, it's a disaster. We tried it repeatedly. However, the ice cream tastes very good.

Is not at all, the 1 star just to rate. Tables are not disinfected, operators do not wear masks, no registration according to covit 19 and the tables were not spaced apart. In addition, the operation was just cheeky, they were just overwhelmed. I hope the city administration will step in between the baths, because there are other things at the lake BUT this behavior is not and is anti-social.

I got this after about 20 minutes. In the end, unfortunately, 4 € were charged too much, which luckily we noticed when paying. The wrong portions of ice cream were entered and mixed up. Fortunately, money was returned. Unfortunately, nothing good to say, too bad.

So the ice cream was delicious, service friendly, ball 1.10 euros as everywhere. I took the ice cream and ordered it from the front of the counter.

The ice was already melted, the table was very dirty, the dishes of the previous guests was not cleared, my sundae was just put. My companion got her sundae much later, the dishes stayed until the end. The ice cream tasted a bit bland and looked loveless. The mug in the picture came 6.50 €.
